A contextual-intelligence layer for AI agents: persistent memory plus real-world enrichment, so an agent knows who it is dealing with before it acts. Today, Northsun serves voice agents, with the caller’s phone number as the identity key.

Every agent proposes. Northsun governs.

What it does

Returns the requesting customer’s caller memory and licensed identification data, then stores the call outcome so the next conversation starts informed. Each customer’s memory is isolated to that customer.

What it receives

Northsun never receives call audio. It receives the caller's phone number, the call outcome, and a text transcript supplied by the customer's own voice agent.

Transcripts may be processed by Anthropic, our model provider, to produce the caller summary. The full provider list is published on the subprocessors page.

Data boundaries

Enrichment from licensed providers is used only within the requesting customer’s tenant. It is not resold, republished, aggregated for sale, or shared across tenants. Storage is tenant-isolated with row-level security.

Secrets are kept in a managed store, not in code or logs. Financial amounts are accounted for in integer cents.

Deletion

Erasure on request: customers can request deletion of a caller record and we complete it; a self-serve erasure endpoint is on the roadmap.

What it is not

Not a dialer, outbound-calling or SMS-campaign tool, lead-generation service, people-search product, or data marketplace. Northsun does not originate calls or messages.

02HeyCLIIn engineeringLive sessions & voice operation

A local daemon and phone app for coding-agent fleets. Attach to the same running Claude Code, Codex, or Grok session from a terminal or a phone, and speak with an operator that knows the whole fleet.

How it works

The terminal and phone are clients of the same live session. The daemon and agent execution run on the developer’s own machine, rather than in a hosted agent service.

Data & credentials

The local-first design keeps agent sessions, transcripts, and credentials on the user’s machine. HeyCLI does not hold, transmit, proxy, or pool vendor subscription credentials; vendor CLIs use the user’s own login.

Speech & billing

Speech processing is designed to run on-device; the daemon receives text, not audio. Work bills to the user’s own vendor accounts or an API key the user names.

What it is not

Not hosted agent execution, a credential broker, or a way around a vendor’s quotas, billing, or terms. Unattended automation modes remain gated pending legal review.

In engineering. Specifications, the contract layer, and decision records are maintained under version control; the source is private during engineering, and decision records are available on request. This status is not a claim of a released customer service.

One Asec is an independent software company building AI products and the infrastructure behind them. Our work centers on persistent memory, context, developer tools, and software automation.

How we work.

A small company, by design.
A serious approach to what we put into the world.

Research before claims.

A written claims registry gates public statements. No unverified customer logos, performance numbers, or certifications.

Contract-first engineering.

Interfaces and schemas are locked and mechanically enforced before implementation. A build breaks on drift.

Independent review.

Substantive changes are reviewed by a non-author before merge, preferably on another model provider. The type of review is recorded.

Decisions leave a record.

Dated architecture and product decisions include alternatives and rollback paths. Decision records are available to reviewers on request.

Security has an owner.

An internal security program owns vulnerability handling, secrets, and trust boundaries. We describe controls, not unearned certifications.

Merged ≠ deployed ≠ verified.

A merge is not a deployment, and a deployment is not proof. Work is not called done without production evidence.

One founder. One internal agent fleet.

One Asec is operated by its founder together with AI agents that plan, build, review, and research under a written operating doctrine. There are no employees or contractors.

The founder sets direction, ratifies decisions, and personally approves outward-facing actions: publishing, sending, spending, and anything irreversible. Agent work leaves receipts, such as commits, reviews, and log entries. Correspondence from abdur@asec.co is written or approved by the founder.

What we will not do.

Circumvent platform terms, quotas, or billing through account pooling, sharing, or rotation.
Scrape against a site’s terms or collect data prohibited by a provider’s policy.
Create fake reviews, engagement, testimonials, or astroturfed accounts.
Publish marketing claims we cannot verify, including benchmarks, latency, customer counts, or compliance status.
Take custody of user credentials where a vendor’s terms reserve that custody to the user.

For telephony & data-provider reviews.

Use case: Customer-built inbound voice agents recognize returning callers and personalize the conversation. Northsun supplies memory and caller identification at call time.
Traffic: Inbound and conversational. Northsun does not originate outbound calls, robocalls, or bulk SMS, and does not provide dialing or campaign tools.
Phone-number data: The phone number identifies a caller record within the requesting customer’s tenant. Enrichment informs that conversation; it is not resold or exposed across tenants.
Audio & transcripts: Northsun never receives call audio. A customer’s own voice agent supplies a phone number, call outcome, and text transcript. Transcripts may be processed by Anthropic, our model provider, for caller summaries; see the subprocessors page.
Deletion: Caller-record deletion is handled on customer request. No self-serve erasure endpoint is offered today.
Processing responsibilities: Customers supply caller data and direct its use. Notices, consent, processing terms, and allocation of responsibilities should be reviewed in the relevant product agreement; contact us for the applicable terms.
Controls, not certifications: We describe our controls and provide supporting detail. No SOC 2, HIPAA, or other compliance certification is claimed on this page.

Abdur Rahman Sayeed.

Founder and operator, One Asec LLC.

From understanding an operation
to building the system behind it.

My work connects financial operations, business systems, client-facing IT, and applied-AI engineering. The approach is forward-deployed: understand the operator’s problem, build the system, and prove it in production with evidence.

Background & education.

My background spans bookkeeping, budgeting, KPI reporting, CRM and invoicing, followed by client-facing IT and business-systems delivery and applied-AI system and workflow design.

Since 2020, One Asec has been the delivery vehicle for business, marketing, IT, and finance systems for small operating companies. Work has included a retail IT subcontract for Vox Elements supporting ETRO Fashion US, covering multi-site endpoints, identity, and asset management; since 2025, the focus has included applied-AI products.

What exactly is Northsun?

A memory and enrichment API for AI agents. Today it serves voice agents: a caller’s phone number retrieves the customer’s existing memory and licensed identification data, and the call outcome is stored for next time. The API is live; access is by invitation.

Is Northsun a data broker or people-search service?

No. Enrichment is used only inside the requesting customer’s own agent workflow. It is not resold, republished, or shared across customer tenants.

Does Northsun make calls, send messages, or receive audio?

No. It responds to API requests from the customer’s own systems. It never receives call audio: it receives the phone number, call outcome, and a text transcript supplied by the customer’s voice agent. Anthropic, our model provider, may process transcripts to produce caller summaries.

Can a customer delete a caller’s record?

Yes, on request. Customers can request deletion of a caller record and we complete it. A self-serve erasure endpoint is on the roadmap and is not available today.

Who directs the use of caller data?

The customer supplies caller data and directs its use in their agent workflow. Contact the founder to review processing responsibilities, notices, consent, current terms, and a product-specific data-flow explanation before connecting caller data.

Is HeyCLI a hosted service?

No. HeyCLI is in engineering as a local daemon and phone app for the same live coding-agent sessions. Agent execution stays on the user’s machine, and vendor CLIs use the user’s own login. It is not a credential broker or a way around vendor quotas.

Can customers use BrowseFlow or Relay?

Neither is offered here as a customer product. BrowseFlow is a paused research line for agent browser automation. Relay is live internal webhook and durable-workflow infrastructure serving One Asec’s own products.

Who builds and reviews the software?

The founder, with an internal fleet of AI agents under written doctrine. Substantive changes receive non-author review before merge, and outward-facing actions are founder-approved. There are no employees or contractors.

Is Northsun a separate company?

No. Northsun, Mnemix Memory Lab, HeyCLI, and Dockerfile.ai are products of One Asec LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company formed in 2020. There is no separate Northsun or Mnemix entity, and no trademark registrations are claimed.

Where are the terms, privacy policy, and subprocessor list?

Published on mnemix.ai: the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Subprocessors pages govern Northsun today. The subprocessor list names Anthropic as the model provider for caller summaries.

Is One Asec raising money?

One Asec is founder-owned and has no outside investors today. We are open to conversations with aligned investors; a diligence package is available under NDA on request.

Are you certified?

No compliance certifications are claimed. We describe our controls, provide a security-program summary on request, and let a reviewer assess the evidence.

How do I verify the company and its work?

Start with the domains we operate, the Northsun documentation and legal pages, Relay’s health endpoint, the public GitHub profile, and the founder’s public identity.
